How an order runs with us: specification, sample, small first order, inspection

The four steps every order with Vaishvik Exports LLP follows, from your written specification to inspection before the goods leave the maker.

Published . Written by the partners of Vaishvik Exports LLP.

We are export traders, and we work with manufacturers across India: we find the maker that fits your product, agree every detail with you in writing, and check the goods before they leave. Here is the order of things, every time.

1. Your written specification

You tell us the product, the material, the size, the finish, the quantity and the country it goes to. A drawing, a photo or a tech pack helps. If you have your own brand, tell us how the logo should appear, or that you want none.

We reply with questions, then a written quote. We do not publish prices, minimum quantities or lead times, because they depend on the item and the maker.

2. A sample before any order

The maker makes a sample to your specification, and you check it. The sample comes before any order.

3. A small first order

We keep first orders small. It lets you test the goods, the papers and us before you commit to more.

4. Inspection before the goods leave

We inspect the goods against your specification before they leave the maker. Then we pack them, clear them for export, and hand them over in Kolkata on FCA terms.

What we are not

We are new: incorporated in March 2026, with no shipped orders yet. We will not promise what we have not done. If you want to check us first, here is how to check an Indian export trader.

To start, write to us. We reply by email within a working day.
